Omae wa mou shindeiru is a phrase from the japanese manga and anime series Fist of the North Star. (Original video below)

It translates to "You are already dead". The is phrase often combined with an image of the main character, Kenshiro, from the series pointin his finger at the viewer.

Usage:

The meme is mostly used as a reaction image in arguments on forums and in other online arugments. It is however also used in video's, mostly where someone gets hit. When the meme is used in video's, only the sound is really used.
